New Happenings!
ART DEMONSTRATION - Nancy will be giving a demonstration of her drawing/painting techniques at the 4-H Craft Expo on Saturday, March 27th at the Camden High School, 103 US 158 West, Camden, NC. The Expo will be open from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Nancy will be there all day. If you are in the area, be sure to stop by and say hi and catch a glimpse of her work as well as her techniques. DRAWING CLASSES - Please take a look at the schedule for the new art classes Nancy will be teaching starting in April. The classes are in graphite and colored pencil and are offered for both children and adults.
CHARITY SHOW - Nancy's shelter animal paintings, Faces of Love, are to be shown in December 2010 at the Arts of The Albemarle Gallery, Elizabeth City, NC. 40% of the total sales from Nancy's paintings will go directly to local animal shelter, SPCA of North Eastern North Carolina, Elizabeth City, NC. Don't miss this event and the opportunity to help these lovable animals!!
Faces of Love - Faces of Love is a series of paintings Nancy began 
out of a desire to help her local shelter. With permission from the
shelter, Nancy held a series of photo shoots with the animals on
location. When she finishes painting them, she will be holding an
art show to sell the paintings. At least 40% of the proceeds from
the sales of these paintings will go directly to the shelter.
INSPIRATIONAL SERIES - Each of these paintings are created to honor
God and inspire one's faith and understanding in God. Some of them
have an obvious message, others simply reflect some part of the
Christian faith. Nancy has completed five paintings for this series and she
is currently working on her sixth one.
PORTRAITURE - Our loved ones hold a special place in our hearts. Honor
them and have a keepsake made just for you, or as a gift, by having your
loved one's portrait painted. Be they human or animal, Nancy will gladly paint a
portrait for you.
